Welcome
I am delighted to welcome you to these special commemorative pages on our website, celebrating fifty years since the canonisation of our Scottish Jesuit martyr, Saint John Ogilvie.
For all these years we have had our own saint who intercedes for us and offers up prayers on our behalf. I hope that what is contained on this website will be a cause for celebration, of renewal, and of hope. I give thanks for the ingenuity and expertise of those who put these pages together.
May the life and self-offering of Saint John Ogilvie encourage us in our own way of faith, and may he inspire young men to follow his pathway towards religious life in the Society of Jesus.
May God bless you all,
Fr. Andrew Cameron-Mowat SJ
Parish Priest, St. Aloysius Parish
